Want particles on your VRC Avatar but don't want to add particles?

This Shader re-creates particle effects but as a small array of sub 100 polygons!
Simply add a 3x3 texture grid (preview shows the Furality Somna runes texture) and adjust the sliders until you get a look you like :)

Known Bug: the scale in VRC mirrors are incorrect. they appear massive for some reason?!
